Letty’s Mexican Restaurant was started in its present location in 1990 and provides a unique combination of taste and efficiency for the business community and families in the Conejo Valley. The current owners, Carmen and Ramiro Hernandez, purchased the restaurant in 2005. The food has a homemade taste to it and the large menu has surprising variety, from traditional Mexican to sophisticated California-Mexican. You place your order as soon as you walk-in – yet every meal is prepared after the order is placed. You can choose to sit down in a comfortable seat in the casual, dining area and have your meal served to you – or be on your way to your office or home soon after you have arrived with your take-out order and if you want to go to the drive thru, they should also have markings for this thanks to drive thru paint as well.
So you get a tasty, wholesome, freshly-prepared meal without having to wait for a long time – and at prices that are very reasonable compared to other restaurants. Located in the heart of the Newbury Park business area, Letty’s is a favorite lunch place for the business community for either sit-down dining or take-out. They currently have an awesome Lunch Special which includes a burrito and a soft drink for only $4.99. The same is true for families at dinner time. Catering is also available.
