Oxnard’s StorHouse Storage Center Is Not Your Run of the Mill Storage Facility!

storhouse

StorHouse Storage Center, Oxnard is not your run of the mill facility. It is an impressive display surveillance equipment! Tenants can sleep well at night knowing that their possessions are protected by dozens of motion sensing, high-resolution cameras throughout the facility.

The first things you will notice when walking into the lobby of StorHouse Storage Center are the 6 huge LCD video screens displaying different areas in the center. Amazing! A welcoming hello will bring you out of your  ‘wow trance’. The staff is all too familiar with the reaction. Owner, Marc Hermann built StorHouse in 2006 with security in mind.

Marc was gracious enough to give me a tour of the 220,000 square foot facility. When walking around the 4 plus buildings, I could see camera after camera. I learned that over 130 of them are mounted throughout the compound. There are 1400 indoor storage units, ranging in size. But the most impressive was the 16x80ft. unit. That thing is HUGE! Inside was a luxury motor home, sports car and ocean boat with plenty more room for other toys. With Marc, security is always a priority. He assured me that all of the units are individually keyed and alarmed.

I was impressed with the security for sure, but the friendly staff, attention, and cleanliness of the entire facility were equally impressive.
