Tucked away in one of the industrial parks of Camarillo, at Fine Art Management, Corp., is a collection of artworks by some of the world’s greatest present-day artists. I consider myself fortunate to have received a private tour of the facilities by the friendly and enthusiastic executive administrator of Fine Art Management, Corp., Jordana “Jorge” Adler.
Fine Art Management, Corp. was founded by Ira Shore in 1993 and was relocated to Camarillo in 2007. The company started art auctions on cruise ships approximately 15 years ago. Today, in addition to artist representations and cruise ship art auctions, Fine Art Management Corp. offers local and worldwide management, marketing, and licensing services to artists. Amongst many of the artists represented by Fine Art Management Corp. one can find original and limited edition Disney artworks by a variety of Disney artists.
At the Camarillo facility, Fine Art Management Corp. owns a small retail boutique store. At the boutique, I found a collection of designer brand clothing for both men and women, jewelery, decorative items, and Funny Socks. The company also owns 5 ebay sites where one can find art pieces and jewelery for sale at amazing prices. In order to accommodate their clients’ needs in the current tough economy, Fine Art Management Corp.’s items are priced lower than most of their competitors.
